Abstract
Optical coherent transient (OCT) processors have been implemented as an optical memory,1 optical signal cross-correlator,2 and optical true-time delay (TTD) device.3 Such devices offer the ability to continuously process an optical waveform modulated in amplitude and/or phase at projected data rates greater than 10 GHz.4
