Total Blood Flow Velocity Measurement in Deep Cerebral Capillaries by Extended-Focus Optical Coherence Microscopy

Not Accessible

Abstract

Total blood flow velocity estimation of capillaries deep in the mouse cortex is performed by quantitative Doppler OCT, employing an extended-focus system. The use of intralipid solution and non-local means filtering improves the estimation quality.
