Multi-focus average for multiple noise suppression in optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We propose a new multi-focus average method for optical coherence tomography, which reduces the multiple scattering signals and improves the visibility of sample structure in deep region. A phantom and zebrafish were used for validation.
