Non-Paraxial Vector Beam Analysis Method for Fabry-Perot Resonator by Boundary Element Method

Abstract

We proposed a vector beam analysis method for Fabry-Perot resonators without paraxial approximation. We demonstrated how to calculate the mode and diffraction loss of a parallel-plate optical resonator’s three-dimensional vector beam.
