Abstract

A method is proposed to quantify the line-spread of the optical system of aerial imaging by retro-reflection. Our proposed method identifies a model that is obtained by fitting several points of test chart data. This makes it possible to estimate the spread of aerial imaging optics without having to conduct large-scale simulations on the array optical components.
