Progress in Bit-Wise Volumetric Optical Storage Using Alumina-Based Media

Abstract

Recent static and dynamic stand recording and readout results will be reported, including demonstration of many layers of data and random mark-length recording. Alumina media are exceptionally stable and can be recorded with diode lasers.
