Abstract

We present two viewpoints of the small-sized optical module of a gap servo NFR. One is experimental results on the adjustment system with a 50GB silicon disc and the other is the sled moving way mounted on the deck mechanism proposed in 2006’ ISOM. In this sled moving, we propose the new sled moving method of a gap servo NFR.
