Abstract

We propose a novel pull-in process using a preshaped input for air gap control of SIL based near-field recording system. An input of the pull-in process is designed as three-impulse to reduce actuator vibration and shorten the pull-in time. By this process, settling time and overshoot of the pull-in process is eventually decreased.
