FWM Crosstalk Suppression using Bit-Phase Arranged RZ (BARZ) Signals in WDM System

Abstract

We proposed a novel technique for FWM crosstalk suppression by arranging the relative bit-phases of RZ signals between WDM channels, and successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of this technique in a 3-channel WDM transmission experiment.
