Abstract

A lightwave demultiplexing system based on optical filtering scheme is demonstrated. Two channel light signals are combined via a beamsplitter and then filtered and demultiplexed before entering the receivers. S/N ratio of the output power of 25 is observed and an optimum extinction ratio achieved.
