Precise Terahertz frequency measurement based on an opto-electronic terahertz comb

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a THz frequency measurement system based on an opto-electronic THz-comb, and the proof-of-concept frequency measurement in the range of 240-381 GHz at a precision better than 10−12 is achieved.
