Mid-infrared Graphene Plasmon Metasurface for Optical Phased Array

Abstract

We theoretically study the graphene-ribbon plasmonic metasurface with a metal reflective layer in the mid-infrared regime. The results show a 320° phase modulation range with the reflectivity of over 80% at a mid-infrared wavelength.
