Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and Bragg Grating combined Fiber Device by Femtosecond Laser Inscription

Abstract

We demonstrate the fabrication of a compact fiber device that combines an in-line Mach-Zehnder interferometer and a Bragg fiber grating by using femtosecond laser inscription. Such device will find promising application in dual-parameter sensing.
