Abstract

We reviewed our recent progress on low-channel-crosstalk (less than -42 dB) and fabrication-tolerant (spectral shift < 0.63 nm) wavelength division (de)multiplexers based on cascaded Mach-Zehnder interferometers on silicon-on-insulator platform.
