A Digital In-service Relative Time Delay Estimation Method for SDM Self-homodyne Coherent Systems

Abstract

We propose a digital in-service relative time delay estimation method for SDM self- homodyne coherent systems, high accuracy with standard deviation < 0.04 ns over a large dynamic range [1.84, 239.59 ns] has been realized.
