We experimentally investigate the dispersion tolerance of transmitted OOK signals for all-optical NRZ-OOK to RZ-QPSK modulation format conversion using cross-phase modulation in nonlinear fiber at 10 Gsymbol/s by evaluating the bit error rate performance of the converted signal.
