Abstract

The design method of dipped beam lens use parametric infinitesimal energy mapping and tangent-plane iteration. Because of the parametric mapping relationship, the energy distribution on the screen can be adjusted till it matches the regulation of LED dipped beam, and luminous energy rate of the lens reach 83.6%.
