Performance of a LiNbO3 waveguide based compact Fourier transform spectrometer

Abstract

A miniature stationary Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) was constructed using a LiNbO3 waveguide Mach-Zehnder interferometer with push-pull electrodes. Both the laser power spectrum and the emission spectrum of tungsten lamp were retrieved using this FTS.
