Quantum Theory of Binary Optics

Abstract

Using Feynman path integral idea, we first derive the quantum states and probability distributions of a single photon and entangled two-photon passing through the six basic elements in binary optics, respectively. Changing the parameters in the formulas, we can reach the design requirements of binary optical devices.
