Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated an on-chip plasmon-induced transparency in a plasmonic waveguide side-coupled with a single planar composite nanocavity. We also achieve a large shift of 490 nm of the transparency window and an additional PIT like effect coated by the poly(methyl methacrylate) cover layer.
