Boson Assisted Thermoelectric Device via Coupled Quantum Dots

Abstract

We propose a boson assisted thermoelectric device composed of coupled quantum dots and a bosonic reservoir. The device shows versatile thermodynamic modes which may find application in nanoscale energy transform and cooling.
