Abstract

A simple etching method was developed to convert rutile TiO2 nanowires to nanotubes, which have larger surface areas and stronger light-harvesting capacity. Thus, the TiO2 nanotubes have achieved 112.5% enhancement in PCE for DSSCs applications.
