Abstract

A novel three-dimensional coherent tomographic imaging system using low-coherence terahertz (THz) sources is presented in this paper. Based on weak coherence of broadband terahertz wave, this technology can measure the three dimensional imaging of sample with high resolution. The result shows that the longitudinal resolution of three-dimensional coherent tomographic imaging is about 100μm.
