High-sensitivity optical fiber current sensor based on suspended graphene membrane

Abstract

A high-sensitivity optical fiber current sensor based on suspended graphene membrane is fabricated on an etched fiber tip with two electrodes on it. Current sensitivity of the sensor is 0.177 nm/mA2.
