Abstract

Injection locking of two semiconductor lasers has been used for FM signal amplification,¹ mode stabilization of a modulated master laser² (ML), and phase modulation.³ Wide locking bandwidths (> 1 GHz) and locking with low injected power levels (<1 μW) have been demonstrated.²
