Abstract

The Optical Fiber Communication Conference (OFC) is the major annual North American Conference on the technology and use of optical fibers. OFC '90 Is the thirteenth in a series of meetings that originated in Williamsburg, Virginia, in 1975. The OFC conferences are sponsored and organized jointly by the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Lasers and Electro-Optics Society of the IEEE (LEOS).
