Abstract

Mr. Bodman is senior vice president for Corporate Strategy, Development and Intellectual Property of American Telephone and Telegraph Corporation. He is a member of the Management Executive Committee and is chairman of AT&T Development Corporation. Mr. Bodman formerly served as president and chief executive officer of Comsat General Corporation and president of Satellite Television Corporation, two major subsidiaries of Communications Satellite Corporation (COMSAT), having earlier joined COMSAT as Senior Vice President for Finance and Corporate Development. Mr. Bodman has also served in the U.S. government as Assistant Secretary of the Department of the Interior and as Assistant Director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President.
