Abstract

Full connectivity, low latency, and high aggregate throughput, reliability, and scalability are the essential features of a computer interconnect system. Recently, several experimental demonstrations1–3 have shown that OTDM can meet many of the demanding needs of a high throughput multiprocessor interconnect system without incurring the bandwidth limitations of electronics.
