Abstract

The crucial importance of WDM transceiver (TRx) Photonic IGs (PIGs) as first high volume PIG candidates within optical access networks has been expressed e.g. by the «Full Service Access Network» (FSAN)-Group [1] and in the Japanese OITDA-Report [2].
