Abstract

A novel method for OAM-signals transport like alarm-indication-signal or channel-identifier have been developed and evaluated experimentally. The direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) transmission system for OAM-signal transport in transparent WDM optical networks has been built and tested with a 4-channel WDM link over 1510 km distance.
