Abstract

Ultimately small dispersion slope less than 0.003ps/nm2/km was realized for both C and L bands by a novel pure-silica-core fiber/dispersion compensating fiber hybrid transmission line, which also exhibited small average attenuation of 0.205dB/km and low non-linearity.
