Abstract

We present a synchronous optical time division multiplexing system capable of fully loaded packet transmission. Novel slot architecture provides network-wide self-synchronization and novel system architecture provides enhanced network reliability. We demonstrate receiver functionality with multilayered interdependent all-optical logic.
