Abstract

Since returning to the communications market in 1998 Williams has built the forth largest fiber optic communications network in the country. The new “turbo charged” network was completed in less than four years and encompasses 33,000 miles of fiber linking more than 20 major metropolitan networks and 120 locations in the United States.
