A Novel Technique to Overcome the Polarization Effects

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a novel technique to overcome the deleterious polarization effects such as PMD, PDG and PDL simultaneously. The results show that this technique could prevent both the PMD-induced power penalty and repolarization.
