A Non-Unitary Transfer Matrix Method for Practical Analysis of Race-Track Micro-resonator Waveguide Devices

Abstract

We report that a non-unitary transfer matrix method that we have developed is effective in analyzing race-track resonator devices. The track-length dependence, not obvious in the U-TM analysis, is clearly shown in the NU-TM analysis.
