Monitoring of the fiber Bragg grating fabrication process

Abstract

We report first experimental results on real-time monitoring of the complex coupling coefficient along fiber Bragg grating under fabrication based on its simple relationship with the grating complex reflection coefficient measured at a single wavelength.
