Widely tunable multi-channel grating cavity laser based on a light-deflector

Abstract

Widely tunable multi-channel grating cavity laser is proposed and demonstrated. It is realized by monolithically integrating all elements in an InP. Wavelength tuning of 50nm has been successfully achieved for the 6-channel device.
