10-Gbps DWDM transmission using multi-frequency light source with 50-GHz channel spacing

Abstract

A multi-frequency light source with 50-GHz channel spacing was constructed based on optical frequency comb generation. The error-free 10-Gbps WDM transmission over 100-km was successfully achieved using the multi-frequency light source.
