Abstract

We demonstrate a dispersion imbalanced loop mirror for interferometric noise suppression using a 32-cm highly nonlinear bismuth-oxide fiber. Improvement in the receiver sensitivity has been determined at different noise levels in a 10-Gb/s BER measurement.
