Abstract

Over 160-Gbit/s/port WDM-colored optical packet switching is demonstrated. 10Gb- Ethernet/optical-packet converter, arrayed burst-mode Tx./Rx., all-optical multiple label processor, transient-response suppressed EDFA, and high-speed polarization independent optical switch are also experimentally demonstrated as related technologies.
