Abstract

We demonstrate low-jitter 40GHz baserate clock recovery from 640Gbit/s OTDM-data after 50km lab-transmission, using a potentially integrable injection-locked loop circuit with SOA-based phase-comparison at low data-powers. A 54.3km field-transmission test at 320Gbit/s is also performed.
