Monolithic 90°Hybrid with Balanced PIN Photodiodes for 100 Gbit/s PM-QPSK Receiver Applications

Abstract

A monolithically integrated InP 90°hybrid with waveguide pin-photodiodes is presented. Stable performance was achieved over a wavelength range from 1520 nm to 1570 nm and a temperature range from 0°C to 75°C.
