Front Side Power Monitoring in TO-Can RSOA Module with Monitoring Photodiode and Thermoelectric Cooler

Abstract

We reports power monitoring characteristics in RSOA TO-module with m-PD, TEC and thermistor. By monitoring output power at the front of RSOA, monitor current linearity can be improved and monitoring window becomes wider.
