Observation of Narrow linewidth Beat Signal for Millimeter Wave Generation using MZM-Based Flat Comb Generator

Abstract

We showed 100 GHz beat signals and estimated the linewidth of the beat signal. 100 GHz-spaced optical modes were extracted from 12.5 GHz-spaced comb signals. The linewidth was narrower than 1 Hz.
