Abstract

We report optical phase conjugation of wavelength multiplexed signals using a chalcogenide planar waveguide inserted along a transmission link. Distortion compensation of 3×40 Gb/s RZ-DPSK signals propagating through 225 km of standard single mode fiber is achieved.
