Packet Switched Optical Mobile Network – Architecture Design and Performance Analysis

Abstract

This paper proposes a packet switched optical mobile network architecture and the correspondent mobility management scheme. The simulation in a real scenario shows that the proposed architecture can fulfill the requirements of future mobile networks.
