LGLC Tunable Laser with Highly Stable SMSR Against Large Filter Deviation for Full C-band Operation

Abstract

Highly stable SMSR over 40-dB was confirmed against a wavelength deviation (> 4 nm) of LGLC filter integrated tunable laser. Moreover, C-band tunable laser operation at 50°C was achieved with LGLC current of 6 mA.
