Future Narrow Linewidth Lasers

Abstract

We describe the challenges and solutions for future narrow linewidth lasers with small footprint. We fabricated DR laser array based narrower linewiedth TLS. We introduce ITXA of a co-packaged DFB array based TLS and InP-based modulator.
