Abstract

A scheme combining phase-sensitive optical time domain reflectometry and Mach-Zehnder interferometer based on frequency division multiplexing has been demonstrated. The spatial resolution of 10m over 3Km sensing fiber and vibration frequency of 40 KHz are obtained.
