A Broadband and High Linearity Directly-Modulated Analog Photonic Link based on Push-Pull structure and Digital Signal Post-Compensation

Abstract

A novel method based on the corporation of push-pull-manner and advanced DSP is proposed in directly-modulated APL. IMD2 and IMD3 are simultaneously suppressed, and SFDR2 and SFDR3 are experimentally improved by 11dB and 7.5dB respectively.
